I created this simple worksheet to help you feel better NOW. Not in a week, or next month, NOW.
These exercises, there are around 25 of them, have all been tried and tested- by me AND my clients. Try one or all twenty five. If one works better, do it every day. Find something that makes you feel better and more in control, and do it every day.
My favorite question to ask myself is: What CAN I control? Then I write down all my answers. I can control quite a lot, it turns out. Try it and see what you can come up with.
