Episode 074: Be Like The Best with Anthony Renna

February 5, 2020

In this episode, Ellie Frey Zagel speaks with Anthony Renna, entrepreneur, personal trainer, owner of Five Iron Fitness, host of the Strength Coach Podcast and Strength Coach TV, and author of the new book, “Be Like the Best: A Guide to Reaching the Top in the Fitness Profession.”

During the conversation, Anthony explains the “be like” theme from his latest book, which has a lot of applications outside of the fitness industry. He talks about intention as being a near-universal theme for success among leaders. He and Ellie also discuss the importance of goals and running your own race.
